Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model: instead of billing your insurance, you pay your physician directly for ongoing access and care. No copays, no claim denials, no 15-minute clock. Just a real relationship with a doctor who knows your history.
Full DPC membership at Misra Wellness is comprehensive — it includes menopause and perimenopause care, hormone and metabolic health, integrative and preventive medicine, and related mental-health support, all under one physician.

Membership policy
Current patients always have priority. Membership requires a 30-day written cancellation notice, and memberships cannot be paused. Discontinued members rejoin through our waitlist as space allows. Labs, medications, imaging, and supplements are billed separately.
Direct Primary Care FAQ
Does the membership replace insurance?
No. DPC covers your primary-care relationship with Dr. Misra. We recommend keeping a catastrophic or major-medical insurance plan for hospitalizations, specialists, imaging, and emergencies.
What does the consult fee cover?
The $350 initial consult covers your comprehensive physician evaluation and care planning. Labs and medications are separate.
Can I pause my membership?
No — memberships can't be paused. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice, and rejoin later through the waitlist.
