Membership policy
First month included. If you are a medical candidate and choose to move forward, your initial consultation fee includes the first month of membership. If you are not a candidate for the requested service, or choose not to proceed, membership is not established and ongoing care is not included.
Priority to current patients. Established patients always come first as availability is limited.
30-day written cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with at least thirty days' notice.
No pausing. Memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
Waitlist re-entry. Patients who discontinue and later wish to return re-register and enroll based on availability (waitlist).
Misra Wellness is self-pay and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Labs, medications, imaging, and supplements are billed separately.
